SHARING SUNDAY IDEA 29.3.2020
Who will you share a story with today? Maybe you could record yourself sharing a story and send it to someone who you can't see at the minute.
SENSES SATURDAY IDEA 28.3.2020
Challenge your family to play along. Can you all find different things in each category? You could also try it inside your house and outside in your garden.
FEELINGS FRIDAY IDEA 27.3.2020
Stop and think... how do you feel today? You might feel different now to how you were feeling when you woke up this morning. Can you think of times or events that make you feel different ways? For example, I feel peaceful when I lay in my bed. I feel angy when my toy gets taken off me. I feel excited when I bake a cake with my older sister.
How do you help yourself when you are feeling embarrassed, worried or scared, for example? It is good to know how you can help yourself or how others can help you when you are feeling these emotions.
THANKFUL THURSDAY IDEA 26.3.2020
What are you thankful for? It is important to be thankful for the people, pets, communities, belongings, events and achievements in our lives. Often we have more to be thankful for than we realise. Take some time to think about this today.
WORK TOGETHER WEDNESDAY 25.3.2020
Can you work together with someone that you live with to create a wordsearch? Then give it to someone to try and find all of the words. Good luck!
