PE and Sport Premium

Sports Premium funding for Physical Education and School Sport was announced by the Government in March 2013.

This ‘ring-fenced’ funding – only to be spent on PE and Sport – goes directly to schools who will decide how to use this money to improve the quality of PE provision in their school.

At Lincoln Carlton Academy we will be receiving approximately £18000 this year and in accordance with Government guidance, this will be used to improve the quality of PE and Sport provision throughout the school. An annual action plan is produced and evaluated at the end of each academic year. Please see attached statement for this year on the use and impact of the Sports Premium.
